When will I receive my order?

Since all products are handmade, please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. Custom anklets/key chains may take 15-20 days depending on how many orders Giselle has to create. 

What if my order is lost/wrong address?

We can try our best to fix the address for you if your order has not yet been processed, once it is processed and has been shipped off it is out of our control and you are liable for the package. A tracking number will be sent out once the order is processed, so please use that number to contact USPS to have the matter resolved. .

What if my jewelry breaks?

Some products may break due to rough handling. If your product breaks you must message the store within 5 days via email - gisellescreations2020@gmail.com or press the chat button on the page with pictures of what is broken. Customer must pay for shipping fees if they are wanting to return product or fixed product.

If you ever want to add a charm or change something to your anklet you may notify the store and we will add to it. Customer must pay for shipping fees.
